CRAN - APPLE SALAD 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
12 oz. boiling water
1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce
12 oz. apple juice
2 c. chopped apples
Optional 1 c. chopped pecans

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water and stir in cranberry sauce. Add apple juice and chill until partially congealed. Fold in chopped apples (and pecans if desired) and chill.
