1/2 lb. ground beef
1 tbsp. fat
1 c. ketchup
1 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Saute meat and fat in skillet. Turn heat on low and add rest of ingredients. Cover and cook 15 minutes. Stir frequently. Can be frozen.
