1 head lettuce
1 c. celery, diced
8 hard boiled eggs, diced
10 oz. pkg. frozen peas, uncooked
1/2 c. diced green pepper
1 lg. sweet onion, diced
1 lb. bacon, cooked & chopped into sm. pieces
1 lg. cucumber, sliced
2 c. mayonnaise & 2 tbsp. sugar
4 oz. grated Parmesan cheese

Break lettuce into bite-size pieces. Layer the above ingredients in the order listed in large glass bowl. Top with mayonnaise and grated cheese and a small amount of reserved crumbled bacon.
