LEMON JELLO CAKE 
1 pkg. lemon supreme cake mix
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello (dry)
4 eggs
3/4 c. water

Mix all ingredients together for 3 minutes at medium speed. Add 3/4 cup oil and mix for another 3 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.

After cake is baked and still hot, prick all over with a fork to bottom of pan and pour frosting on. It will soak in.

FROSTING:

3 lemons (1/2 to 2/3 c. juice)
Powdered sugar

Add to lemon juice, 1 1/2 to 2 cups powdered sugar and blend well; sugar will dissolve.
