SIMPLE CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 c. raw rice
1/2 env. dry onion soup
Salt and pepper to taste
4 chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup mixed with 2 cans water

Place rice in 10 inch casserole dish, sprinkle onion soup mix on top. Place chicken (skin side up) on top of rice. Pour soup mixture over top. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour.
