TUNNEL OF FUDGE CAKE 
1 1/2 c. (3 cubes/sticks) butter
6 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. reg. flour (do not sift)
2 c. walnuts or pecans
1 box chocolate fudge flavored frosting mix

Cream butter in large mixing bowl at high speed. Add eggs (1) at a time. Beating well after each. Gradually add sugar and continue with high speed until light and fluffy. By hand with a large spoon, fold in flour. Put the nuts in the last of the flour and fold in. Then fold in frosting mix dry.

Pour batter in well greased bundt pan or (10 inch) in tube pan. Spoon batter into pan for best results. Bake 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 60-65 minutes. Set on rack (do not turn upside down) to cool for 2 hours.
