HEAVENLY HASH CAKE 
2 sticks butter
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. cocoa
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix butter, sugar and eggs together. Add dry ingredients along with milk. Fold in pecans and mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done in a rectangular pan.

ICING:

1 sm. pkg. marshmallows
1 pkg. powdered sugar
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
Enough can milk to make smooth

Add marshmallows as soon as you remove cake from oven. Spread them on top of cake. Mix sugar, butter, vanilla and milk. Fold in nuts. Spread over marshmallows.
