POPPY-SEED FRUIT SALAD 
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can mandarin orange sections
1 (8 oz.) can pineapple tidbits
1 1/2 c. sm. strawberries or seedless red grapes
1 med. apple
1/2 c. pineapple yogurt
1/2 tsp. poppy seeds
Lettuce leaves

Drain cans of fruit, reserving 1 tablespoon pineapple juice. Cut strawberries in half, cut apple into bite-size pieces. Combine fruit and toss lightly to mix.

In small mixing bowl, stir together yogurt, poppy seed and 1 tablespoon pineapple juice. Line salad plates with lettuce leaves. Arrange fruit mixture on lettuce. Drizzle dressing over fruit. Makes 5 servings.
