QUICK BEER BREAD | |
3 c. self-rising flour 3 tbsp. sugar 1 bottle beer, room temp. 1/2 stick butter, melted Mix flour, sugar and beer with wooden spoon in plastic or glass dish. Don't mix too much. Dump into glass loaf pan. Drizzle melted butter over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
