STRAWBERRY PIE 
2 baked pie shells (8 inch)
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 sm. pkg. sweet sliced frozen strawberries, drained
1/2 to 1 c. chopped pecans

With electric mixer, beat condensed milk, lemon juice and cream cheese until smooth and fluffy. Fold in Cool Whip, drained strawberries and nuts. Pour in prepared pie shells and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
