DIJONNAISE POTATOES 
6 to 8 medium red potatoes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. Dijon mustard
1/2 c. melted butter
white pepper or garlic powder to taste

Scrub and dry potatoes; don't peel. Cut into 3/4-inch slices. Place in casserole dish. Pour melted butter over potatoes. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder and mustard.

Bake at 400°F for 1 hour or until tender, stirring occasionally.
