BROCCOLI CHEESE DIP 
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
2 boxes Mexican Velveeta cheese
1 (4 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms
1 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli, chopped, cooked & drained

Mix all ingredients in a pan over low heat. Cook until cheese is melted. Serve in chafing dish or a crock pot.
