MEXICAN FIESTA PIE 
ayer:

2 cans refried beans
3 mashed avocado
3 tbsp. lemon juice

Mix together.

1 pkg. taco seasoning mixed with 1 c. sour cream and 1 c. mayonnaise
2 cans pitted black olives, lightly chopped
1 c. chopped green onions

Chill. Garnish with 2 cups chopped tomatoes and 8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese. Serve with your favorite tortilla chips.

NOTE: I usually cut this recipe in half. I usually prepare this in an oblong glass dish which sets in a wicker basket.
