1 lb. Velveeta Cheese, softened
1 Small jar Pimentos
2 or 3 tsp. Sweet Pickle Juice
1/4 cup Salad Dressing

Combine all ingredients with electric mixer and mix until spreading consistency. May need to add more pickle juice if not creamy.
