1 (6 oz.) pkg. peach Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 qt. vanilla ice cream
1 1/3 c. diced peaches, drained

Mix Jello and boiling water until dissolved. Add softened ice cream and peaches. Chill until set, about 30 minutes to 1 hour.
