CHICKEN WITH MUSHROOM GRAVY 
I:
6 chicken breast halves (3 lb.)
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 tbsp. water

II:
1 c. tomato juice
1 can mushroom pieces (reserve liquid)
1/3 c. finely chopped onion
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. basil leaves
1/8 tsp. garlic powder

III:

2 tsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. water

PART I: Remove skin from chicken. Use large skillet to brown chicken in soy sauce and water.

PART II: Mix all of ingredients in II together and pour over chicken. Cover and simmer 50-60 minutes.

PART III: Mix ingredients in III; stir into liquid in skillet. Cook, stirring constantly until mixture thickens and boils. Boil and stir. Makes 6 servings, 230 calories each.
