ZUCCHINI SQUASH BREAD | |
3 eggs 1 c. cooking oil 1 c. white sugar 1 c. brown sugar 1 c. grated squash 2 tsp. vanilla 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 3 c. sifted flour 3 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 c. walnuts, chopped Beat eggs until light. Lightly mix into next 5 ingredients. After sifting dry ingredients together, add them to liquid ingredients. Add chopped nuts. Bake in 2 greased, flour pans for about 50 minutes at 325 degrees. Check with toothpick. Muffins at 375 degrees for about 20 minutes. |
