1 1/2 lb. beef roast
2 1/2 c. water
1 pkg. Lipton Family Favorite stew mix

Cut beef in 3/4 inch pieces, place in microwave dish. Add stew mix and water. Cover and cook for 35 minutes on high. Turn dish once halfway through cooking time. Let stand 10 minutes. (For 400 to 500 watts ovens cook 45 minutes.) Can serve over cooked noodles.
