SWISS TUNA MELT 
1 can tuna, drained
1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) natural shredded Swiss cheese
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt & pepper
4 slices bread
1 tomato, sliced
1 (6 oz.) pkg. natural Swiss cheese slices

Mix tuna, shredded cheese, mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Spread tuna mixture on bread; top with tomato and cheese slices. Place on cookie sheet. Broil 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese begins to melt.
