MRS. JEFFRYS' HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. chicken, cooked
2 c. celery
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. walnuts (or pecans)
1 tsp. lemon juice
Salt to taste
1 1/2 c. crushed potatoes
2/3 c. grated cheese

Mix together chicken, celery, mayonnaise, walnuts, lemon juice and salt - you may want to go easy on the salt because the chicken was most likely salted when cooked and potato chips are also very salty. Sprinkle over all-crushed chips and cheese (mixed together). Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.

Mrs. Jeffrys created this recipe. She had a tea house in Mission and was a wonderful cook.
