BUTTERMILK JELLO SALAD 
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
6 oz. Jello (orange, apricot or peach)
2 c. buttermilk
1 lg. carton Cool Whip

Heat pineapple until it comes to a boil. Add Jello until dissolved. Let cool. Then add buttermilk and stir in Cool Whip.
