BANANA DELIGHT 
2 c. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. butter
1 c. nuts, chopped (optional)
6 bananas
3 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
2 c. milk
1 qt. vanilla ice cream

Make crumbs of first 4 ingredients.

Bake on cookie sheet 15 to 20 minutes in 375°F oven. (Watch carefully.) Place half of mixture in bottom of 9x13 inch pan. Slice 3 bananas over crumbs. Mix pudding with milk. Beat thoroughly. Add ice cream and blend well. Pour over bananas. Top with 3 more bananas and remaining crumbs. Refrigerate 12 hours or overnight.
