TOMATO AND MACARONI CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked elbow macaroni
2 tbsp. butter
1 can tomato sauce
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt and dash of pepper
Grated cheese

Brown onion lightly in the butter until soft. Add tomato sauce, salt and pepper. Stir well and combine with macaroni. Use a greased 2 quart casserole, garnish with cheese (slices of white American of cheese of your choice may be used in place of grated cheese). Bake covered for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 6.
