GOURMET MEATBALLS 
2 lb. ground beef
1 env. onion soup mix
1 egg
1 tsp. Accent; optional or salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. oatmeal
2 c. or 1 (14 oz.) bottle ketchup
1 jar currant jelly

Mix beef, onion soup, egg, seasonings and oatmeal. Make into balls and bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. Place ketchup and jelly in pan and cook with meatballs for 30 minutes. Remove to serving dish or chafing dish to keep warm.
