1 c. sugar
1 c. white Karo syrup
1 c. peanut butter
5 c. cornflakes

Mix sugar and syrup together and boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and add peanut butter. Stir in cornflakes and drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper to cool. (This is more like candy than cookies).
