EASY LEMON PIE 
1 egg
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 can sweetened condensed milk

Beat egg with fork until smooth. Mix in milk, lemon juice and peel; mix until thickened. Pour into graham cracker crust. Chill 1 hour.
