GROUND BEEF & MACARONI DISH 
3 lbs. hamburger meat
1 med.-sized onion, chopped fine
1 lg. can (16 oz.) tomato sauce
2 cans water
1 (8 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
1 tbsp. Crisco
Salt & pepper

Cook in Dutch oven pan. Salt and pepper meat. Brown onions in 1 tablespoon Crisco. Then add meat and cook on medium high. When juice cooks down almost dry, add tomato sauce and water and stir. Cook this mixture until it is nearly dry. Prepare macaroni according to package directions. Then when meat mixture and macaroni are done, stir together and serve. Serves 10 to 12 people.
