1 c. Miracle Whip
1/2 c. cocoa
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. cold water
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda

Mix all ingredients together on medium speed of mixer. Pour batter into a 9 x 13 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes or until center springs back when lightly touched. Sprinkle with powdered sugar while hot. (I use a flour sifter for this.)

This is a very moist cake but you can frost it with your favorite frosting when cooled.
