TACO SEASONING 
1 c. dried minced onion
1/3 c. chili powder
2 tbsp. cumin
4 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 tbsp. oregano
4 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. onion powder

Combine all ingredients and store in airtight container in a cool, dry place.

When you're using this mixture for Mexican dishes, use about 1 tablespoon or so per 1 pound ground beef, chicken or beans (more if you like the extra flavor).
