FROZEN PEANUT BUTTER PIE 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese plus 1/3 of another pkg.
1 c. powdered sugar
1/3 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. milk
1 pkg. (9 oz.) non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
9 inch pie crust, baked and well-cooled
1/4 c. finely chopped peanuts

Whip cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in sugar and peanut butter. Slowly add milk, blending thoroughly into mixture. Fold thawed topping into this mixture. Pour into baked pie crust. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts and freeze. At serving time let sit for a few minutes before cutting.
