CRANBERRY SALAD MOLD 
2 c. fresh cranberries
1 orange
1/2 lemon
1 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry gelatin
1 c. boiling water
3/4 c. cider

Make a relish by grinding the cranberries, orange and lemon; stir in sugar. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water and add cider. Chill and add cranberry relish. Serves 6.

TOPPING FOR CRANBERRY SALAD:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
3 tbsp. pineapple juice

Cream together cheese, mayonnaise and pineapple juice.
