VEGETABLE CASSEROLE DELUXE | |
1 (10 oz.) pkg. cauliflower 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can green beans 1/2 c. onions, chopped 1/2 c. celery, chopped 1/2 tsp. salt 2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup 1 1/2 c. poultry stuffing mix, seasoned 2 (4 oz.) cans button mushrooms 1/4 c. butter, melted 1/2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded Cook cauliflower until tender but firm. Drain. In large bowl, combine cauliflower, beans, onion, celery, salt, mushrooms, soup, stuffing mix and melted butter. Turn into 2-quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheese. Return to oven and bake an additional 8 minutes. Serves 8. |
