CORN MEAL PIE 
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1/8 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. melted butter
4 tbsp. corn meal
2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. milk (or water)
1 tbsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients leaving corn meal until last. Pour into unbaked pie crust and bake in 400 degree oven for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 325 degrees for glass or 350 degrees for metal pan and bake 45 minutes or until center of pie "shakes" firm.
