OVERNIGHT YEAST WAFFLES 
2 c. milk
1 pkg. yeast
1/2 c. warm water
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
3 c. flour
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Scald milk, cool to warm. Put warm water in large bowl. Sprinkle with yeast and dissolve. Add milk, butter, salt, sugar and flour. Mix with beater. Cover and let stand at room temperature overnight. Add eggs and soda in morning.
