FUDGE CAKE AND ICING 
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 stick butter
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. pecans

Cream together cocoa, butter, sugar, and eggs until smooth. Add in flour, vanilla and pecans. Mix until well blended. Pour into greased and floured 5x7 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cake will form crust on top and be fudgy inside. When cooled, pour icing over cake, if desired. Makes 15 squares.

ICING:

4 tbsp. milk
2 c. confectioners' sugar
2 tbsp. cocoa
2 tbsp. butter

Heat milk. Add sugar, cocoa, and butter. Heat and stir until well blended.
