SHRIMP TETRAZZINI | |
1 can button mushrooms 1 jar pimentos 1 can mushroom soup 1 sm. bottle Lawry's garlic spread (3-4 oz.) 1/2 lb. white American cheese 1/2 c. milk 1/2 c. white wine 1 lb. shrimp 1/2 lb. vermicelli Melt Lawry's and cheese in milk. Stir until smooth. Add canned ingredients and white wine. Simmer. Undercook vermicelli. Barely cook the shrimp. Drain pasta and put in a 3 quart casserole dish. Pour melted sauce over pasta, top with bread crumbs and paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
