GRANOLA 
3 c. rolled oats
1 1/2 c. wheat germ
1/2 c. dry milk powder
1 c. chopped almonds or roasted unsalted peanuts
1/2 c. sesame seeds
1 c. hulled sunflower seeds
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/4 to 1/2 c. honey
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. dried apricots, cut up

Toast the oats in a shallow pan at 300 degrees for 15 minutes. In a bowl, mix the wheat germ, powdered milk, almonds, sesame and sunflower seeds. Heat the oil and honey just until warm. Combine with mixture in bowl. Combine contents in bowl with toasted oats and spread in shallow pans and toast 15 minutes more. Spoon into large container; add raisins and apricots. Cool and store in a covered container. Serve with milk or yogurt.
