HONEY-DIJON PASTA CHICKEN SALAD 
1 1/2 lb. chicken cutlets
1 lb. macaroni
1/2 c. honey
3 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. broccoli cuts, frozen

Defrost broccoli (DO NOT COOK). Cut chicken cutlets into small pieces, cook and let cool. Cook and drain macaroni.

When macaroni is warm, not hot, mix together all ingredients in a large bowl. Start with the honey, followed by mayonnaise and mustard, then add the chicken and broccoli. Chill for 15-20 minutes and it is ready to serve.
