CRISPY BAKED FILLETS | |
1 lbs. fish fillets 1/4 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. oil 1/3 c. cornflake crumbs Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Wash and dry fillets and cut into serving pieces. Season; dip in oil and coat with cornflake crumbs. Arrange in single layer in a lightly oiled, shallow baking dish. Bake 10 minutes without turning or basting. Yield: 4 servings. |
