In large bowl, combine all ingredients; blend well. Form dough into 1" balls; place 2" apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.

Flatten each cookie with the tines of a fork that has been dipped first in water, then in sugar.

Bake at 375 degrees for 9 - 12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 1 minute, remove from cookie sheet. 48 cookies.
