SHORTCUT COUNTRY CAPTAIN 
Boneless chicken breast (1 per person)
1 can tomatoes (mashed up)
Half can of water
1 green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. catsup
Salt and pepper

Put all ingredients in large skillet and cook covered for 1 hour. Thicken with 2 teaspoon cornstarch. Serve over rice.
