SPINACH LASAGNA 
1 1/3 c. 1% cottage cheese
1 1/2 c. skim Ricotta cheese
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese (reserve 1/2 c. for topping)
1 egg
2 pkgs. frozen spinach, thawed and drained
3/4 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 (28 oz.) jar sauce or homemade
1 pkg. lasagna noodles, uncooked

Mix all ingredients (except sauce) in large bowl. Spray 9 x 13 inch pan with Pam.

Layer: 1/3 cup sauce on bottom of pan; 1 layer uncooked lasagna noodles; 1/2 of the cheese-spinach mixture.

Repeat the layering, topping with noodles, sauce, and 1/2 cup Mozzarella. Pour 1 cup water around the edges of pan. Seal with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until bubbly. Let stand 15 minutes before serving. Serves 12.
