RICE PUDDING 
2 1/2 c. rice
2 cinnamon sticks
1 c. milk
1 can evaporated milk
1 can condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. sugar
Powdered cinnamon (optional)

Cook rice with 10 cups water and 2 sticks cinnamon covered over medium flame for about 20 minutes. When water is almost evaporated and rice looks cooked, uncover and add 1 cup milk stirring slowly, then add 1 can evaporated milk and stir then add 1 can condensed milk and stir. Leave over medium flame for about 10 minutes stirring constantly, then add 1 1/2 cups of sugar and stir and add 1 teaspoon vanilla. Leave over low flame stirring constantly for about another 10 to 15 minutes. Then pour into dessert cups. They may be sprinkled with powdered cinnamon.
