STEAK STEW 
Sirloin steak (or meat of choice)
Potatoes, chunked
Carrots, sliced
Onions, chunked
Celery, pieces
Peas
Dry onion soup mix

Have husband peel potatoes, carrots and onion and clean celery. In electric skillet brown steak (cut in portions). Then add onion soup and water to cover meat. Let simmer until soft, about 1/2 hour. Then add vegetables (except peas) and water to about 2/3 full. Cook until soft then add peas. Then mix 3 tablespoons flour and water and thicken broth. Serve with refrigerator biscuits. I like mine broken up under stew.
