GRASSHOPPER BARS 
Brownie mix prepared in 9 x 13 inch pan.

MINT FROSTING:

2 c. sifted powdered sugar
1/4 c. butter
2 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. mint extract
Green food color

Mix together and spread over cooled brownies. Freeze at least 20-30 minutes.

CHOCOLATE GLAZE:

2 tbsp. butter
2 sq. semi-sweet chocolate or 2 oz. chocolate chips

Melt in bowl in microwave and stir well. Brush glaze over cold brownies, cut into squares.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
