PEA CASSEROLE 
1 can green peas, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 stick butter, melted
2 med. onion, chopped
1 1/2 tbsp. flour
1/2 can water chestnuts, drained
Salt and pepper
4 oz. cornbread stuffing

Mix and pour in casserole. Top with 1/2 of 8 ounce package cornbread stuffing. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
