STRAWBERRY YUM - YUM 
1 c. flour (self-rising)
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 egg whites
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
1 carton Cool Whip

Combine flour, butter, brown sugar, and nuts. Mix well and press into an 8 x 8 pan. Bake at 350 degrees 20-25 minutes. Cook and break into crumbs; set aside. Combine egg whites, lemon juice, sugar, and strawberries. Beat at medium speed 15-20 minutes.

Fold Cool Whip into strawberry mixture. Put 1/2 crumbs on bottom of 9 x 13 pan or Pyrex dish. Spread strawberry mixture over crumbs and top with remaining crumbs. Freeze.
