QUICK SALMON CASSEROLE 
1 (1 lb.) can salmon
1 (1 lb.) can green peas
1 can mushroom soup
1 can Chinese noodles

Combine salmon, peas and mushroom soup in casserole dish. Bake, covered in 350 degree oven until bubbly, about 25 minutes. Remove cover and sprinkle with noodles. Bake uncovered for 10 minutes to brown. Serves 6.
