Shake 2 pounds of chicken drumettes in the following mixture in a plastic bag:

1 pkg. Taco Seasoning Mix
1/4 c. cornmeal
3/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. parsley flakes

Coat a few at a time until coated. Place on a greased shallow pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Turn wings and bake 10 minutes or until tender. Serves 5 or 6.
