OATMEAL PIE 
2 eggs, beaten
2/3 c. butter (softened)
2/3 c. sugar
2/3 c. white corn syrup
2/3 c. uncooked oatmeal
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
pie shell (uncooked 8 or 9 inch)

Mix all ingredients well; pour into uncooked pie shell.

Bake at 350°F for hour. May top with pecans.
